Should have at least basic knowledge of Primavera-6, experience of Electrical Maintenance Job during turnarounds is necessary He shall be responsible to plan the job as per the given scope and then take off the quantities from the drawing. 5-Mechanical Planning Engineers = 05 Nos BE Mechanical, with 5 to 10 years experience or Diploma in Mechanical with 10 to 15 years experience, at least must have executed 3-5 major turnarounds of LNG plant or refineries in role of Mechanical Engineer/Mechanical Planning Engineer. Should be well conversant on Primavera-6, experience of Static Equipment maintenance and planning is necessary. Shall have sound knowledge of drawing reading and ISO matrix. 6-Rigging Supervisor = 08 Nos DAE Mechanical having 5 years experience in Turn Arounds of LNG Plants/Refineries. Should have knowledge of all crane operation related to rigging & heavy lifts. Shall be responsible for rigging of equipment in the field along with effective control of manpower i.e. riggers. 7-Instrument Supervisor= 12 Nos 8-QC Instrument Supervisor = 10 Nos Diploma in E&I with 5-10 years experience in Plant Maintenance Jobs. Must have executed 4-6 shutdowns and have worked on Instrumentation Installation, repair, QC standards of Instrumentation and calibration. Shall also be responsible for job planning in the field and utilization of manpower i.e. instrument technicians & Electricians. 9-HSE Trainer= 02 Nos Graduate Engineer 3 -6 years experience.
